All consultations are by appointment, both to ensure you are not kept waiting, and that we have enough time dedicated to your pet to conduct a thorough examination.

Our surgeries employ a total of 20 staff including five veterinary surgeons and support staff consisting of fully qualified veterinary nurses and trainee veterinary nurses. At any one time, veterinary surgeons work within each nurse training centre, supported by dedicated nursing staff, so you can rest assured that your pet is in safe hands.

In addition, we have fully equipped operating theatres with powerful x-ray machines, human standard anaesthetic equipment and dental work stations.

Once surgery is over, your pet will be cared for on the premises until he or she is well enough to return home, and will remain in the care of one of our vets until recovery is complete.
