Animal owners are very important to us, so we do everything to ensure your visits to Oakfield are efficiently arranged and conducted, and that you are charged a fair price for your animal's treatment.

The practices are fully computerised with the details of each pet and owner logged into a database, meaning we are always up to date with your pet's medical history and can answer queries at the touch of a button.

We also do everything possible to ensure that your animal has access to emergency treatment when it is needed. To this end we ensure that our own duty vet talks to any concerned client directly. All calls are handled by our dedicated answering service which removes the need for answer-phones and unreliable mobile reception. Just call the normal surgery number to be routed to our Out of Hours Answering Service.
In addition, we offer a wide range of products and foodstuffs through our practices. If you would like to purchase any of these items, you may do so at reception.
